Refund Policy
With our unlimited Revision and Amendment Policy, you may adjust your instructions (including your topic description, academic level, formatting style, etc) or add any additional instructions free of charge through your Students Area to fulfill your complete requirements with 100% satisfaction.
However, in case of any dissatisfaction from any product or service provided by our company, you can submit a refund request within five days of your order completion. However, it shall be assumed between both parties that you are satisfied with your order if a refund request is not received within 120 hours.
In case of duplicate charging due to processing error, you would be immediately refunded for full amount.
In case we are unable to fulfill any special writing requirements and your order cannot be completed by our writers, we will refund your complete order amount.
If required, you may cancel your order any time prior to the order fulfillment as per the chart below.

All refund requests should be communicated to the support department. UK Essays , based on the violation of your user agreement reserves the right to approve/disapprove your request on an individual case by case basis.
How to claim your refund
To assure your refund request is approved, please make sure you meet the following requirements:

2. We will try to resolve your concern by virtue of our revision policy immediately or else will send you a refund request approval response email from our refund department.
3. You will be required to discard your paper including all revisions and amendments received from the company.
After the refund, your paper rights would be obtained by UK Essays and you would not be able to display any version of the paper sent by company. Let us also specify that:
1. Since the paper rights would now be transferred to the company, the company reserves the right to reuse the research work of the paper.
2. Working with the world`s leading plagiarism detecting organization UK Essays would share Copyright Acquisition information for the refunded paper, that would restrict the paper to be used as a custom written student paper in the future.
Papers that are not written/ re-written by us will not be scanned for plagiarism that includes editing, proofreading, formatting services. We shall not refund any amount in the event that any such paper is considered to be plagiarized.
